Amazing Sansui AU-666 solid state amplifier from the early 70's, this unit produces a clean sound with a warm engaging quality.  Despite this unit being purchased from it's original owner in superb condition, we had found that most of the capacitors had drifted so we completely restored this amplifier for another 50 years of enjoyment!  Due to the lack of availability in Australia, this model is quite sort after by collectors.

Replaced all electrolytic capacitors with Nichicon Fine Gold series.
Replaced several ceramic capacitors with Wima capacitors.
Replaced several small signal transistors with matched sets.
Inspect & re-soldered dry solder joints on PCB's.
Cleaned and DeoxIT all potentiometers.
Upgraded speaker terminals with gold banana posts.
Adjusted Bias & DC offset.
New 240vac power lead.
Cleaned & detailed unit.
Cleaned, detailed & re-coated wood case with varnish.
